We have an opening for Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) for “Victoria’s Pizza” (1817816 Ontario inc.) located at 259 Grange Road suite 1A Guelph, Ontario N1E 6R5. Position: Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Ability to Supervise: 5 to 10 people
Job Duties:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Develop the budget to determine the cost of food, ingredients, alcohol, kitchen and cleaning supplies
- Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
- Administer budget
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns
- Provide customer service
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
Employment conditions: Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime
Salary: CAD $54,000 per annum
Cuisine: Italian
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent/ 30 to 40 hours per week
