MVS immigration Inc. is now considering applications for a full-time legal assistant. We require that applicants are career oriented, dependable, and with a set of skills and attributes that include the following:
Wage: $25.00/hour
Job Type：Permanent full-time
Working hours: 30 to 40 hours/week
Main duties：
- Record and prepare minutes of clients meetings or conferences
- Prepare and key in application forms for clients’ immigration applications for review
- Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents for review
- Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with immigration cases procedures
- Coordinate between clients and bookkeeper regarding the balance of trust accounts
- Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Maintain clients filing system

Work Experience
At least 2 years experience in immigration law legal consultation related positions
Education
