Building Superintendent

 This is a critical role for a large residential landlord with multiple buildings under management. The ideal candidate will be

1. fit
2. able to quickly learn new things
3. fluent in English and French, SPanish an asset as we have many Spanish speaking tenants
4. available 24/7
5. have their own vehicle that is in good working order, insured, and properly licensed

 Key skills required include

1. Able to work closely with a tight knit team and coordinate with tenant and employees routinely
2. Experience with unit inspections and creation of work lists for defects
3. Strong expertise with Yardi Breeze Premiere property management software and the Microsoft Office Suite
4. Ability to assess and repair, or direct repair, for electrical and plumbing issues
5. Ability to perform minor to moderate repairs to hardware, drywall, flooring, etc.
6. Expertise in cleaning inside and outdoor common areas
7. Experience with servicing and inspecting large industrial generators (including daily, weekly, and monthly checks) and large rooftop units
8. Experience cleaning and maintain HRV/ERV and similar air exchange and mini split heating and cooling systems
9. Able to quickly assess a situation, recommend a path to resolution, and then execute on that plan

 Starting Pay – $21/hour
