We have opening for Food Service Supervisors at our “Nodo Junction” restaurant (2329848 Ontario Inc.) located at 2885 DUNDAS ST. WEST Toronto, ON A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. Responsibilities will include Supervision, direct and co-ordinate activities of team members for our guests at both in restaurant and take out while following all food safety guidelines and product standards
Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
Job Duties:
· Establish methods to meet work schedules
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
· Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
· Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
· Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
· Address customers’ complaints or concerns
· Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
· Prepare and submit reports
· Supervise and check assembly of trays
· Establish work schedules
Supervision: 5 to 10 people
Work site environment: Noisy, Hot
Work Setting: Restaurant
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, standing for extended periods, Walking, physically demanding
Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, Excellent oral communication, Flexibility, Team player

Hourly Rate: CAD $36.10 per hour for 30-35 hours per week
