Job Description:
Maxpro Financials is seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst with significant experience in accounting and financial management to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis and accounting.
Job Duties:
· Assist with the consolidation of financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
· Assist in the preparation, review, and forecasting of business plans, financial statements, profit and loss statements, and multi-year financial projections for clients
· Evaluate financial statements and internal performance to provide actionable insights for decision-making, including scenario analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs)
· Prepare detailed financial reports, perform variance and cost analysis, and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
· Develop complex financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making.
· Provide business consulting and strategic advice to clients based on financial data, including financial risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
· Analyze market trends and industry benchmarks to provide clients with strategic recommendations.
· Assess profitability of services, perform margin analysis, and enhance internal financial processes to improve efficiency.
· Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve financial governance and reporting accuracy.
Requirements:
· Experience with the consolidation of financial statements for multi-entity organizations.
· Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and experience ensuring compliance with IFRS in financial reporting.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, and financial management.
· Strong knowledge of economic and financial issues, with proven experience in improving internal controls.
· Proficiency in developing complex financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
· Proficiency with accounting software, advanced Microsoft Excel skills and MS Office
· Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required.
· Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with a focus on Financial Management
Language:
· Must be fluent in both Farsi and English.
