Job Description:
– Prepare and cook complete meals and specialty dishes, including pastries, sauces, soups, salads, vegetables, meats, poultry, and seafood.
– Design and execute attractive and creative food displays for special events and banquets.
– Instruct and guide cooks in food preparation, cooking techniques, garnishing, and plate presentation.
– Supervise and support kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient kitchen operations.
– Participate in menu planning and contribute ideas that reflect our dedication to authentic, nourishing cuisine.
– Monitor inventory and requisition food and kitchen supplies as needed.
