Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage sales personnel and cashier operations
Allocate tasks to sales associates and create schedules
Approve transactions and handle product returns
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and stock shortages
Manage inventory levels and procure merchandise as needed
Generate sales, merchandising, and personnel reports
Recruit, train, and evaluate new sales team members
Maintain store appearance and visual standards, including displays, signage, and cleanlines
