Salary: $21.25 per hour
Hours: 37.5–44 hours per week
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-time
Work Setting: On-site only
Schedule: Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekends

Language Required: English
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Experience an asset

Job Responsibilities

Administer bedside and personal care
Administer medications as directed
Assist clients with bathing, grooming, and personal hygiene
Assist with regular exercise (e.g., walks)
Prepare, cook, and serve nutritious meals
Plan therapeutic diets and weekly menus
Launder clothing and household linens
Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
Provide personal care and support
Accompany clients to medical appointments, doctor visits, and social outings

Target Client

Elderly individuals requiring daily support and care

Requirements

Criminal record check
Ability to perform tasks involving sitting, standing, and walking
Strong client-focused approach
